Shipping and deliveries

What shipping methods are available?

We use NZ Post with their Track & Trace service. We will provide you with the tracking code by email as soon as your new artwork is despatched.

Please allow ten days for delivery within New Zealand and fifteen days for international deliveries.

If you would prefer to collect in person, please let us know when placing your order.

How do you protect your prints?

Our unframed prints (up to A3+ size) are packaged flat, with a 3mm solid card backing board, inside a cellophane bag, wrapped with bubblewrap for extra protection and rigidity.

A2 Prints are protected with tissue paper, rolled and inserted into a hard cardboard tube.

All internationally shipped prints are protected with tissue paper, rolled and inserted into a hard cardboard tube.

We use products that are eco-friendly and can be reused or recycled.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we certainly do! All orders are printed, signed, carefully wrapped and packaged by us in Christchurch, New Zealand and we use NZ Post for international deliveries.

We will provide you with the tracking code by email as soon as your new artwork is despatched.

Please allow fifteen days for international deliveries.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

Internet Banking is available for NZ Residents or you can use a credit or debit card through Stripe (our payment processor) or PayPal (you do not need to have a PayPal account).

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD$)

All prices include GST for NZ orders.

International orders do not include any taxes.

Is buying online safe?

Yes, in the browser address bar, if you see the padlock icon and the web address shows https:// then the information between our website and you is secure.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?

Select the item you love and tap the ADD TO CART button then complete the checkout process once you are ready.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you are welcome to use the Guest Checkout but we will require your name and address details to ensure that we send your new print to the correct place.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email info@oldandnew.nz as soon as you can because we process all orders within the same day the order is placed.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your print is despatched we will email you with the tracking code.

How can I return a print?

Please email info@oldandnew.nz to let us know, then send the parcel back to us with the original wrapping and contents.

If the item was damaged (due to courier handling) please let us know.

Once we receive, we can refund you the full 100% of your purchase price.
